About Kubeadapt
We think cost optimization and sustainability belong in the same conversation.
The People Behind Kubeadapt
Two founders. One obsession: making Kubernetes waste visible.
Our Story
We ran Kubernetes in production for years. The cost waste was always there: idle pods, oversized requests, deployments nobody remembered. CNCF's 2024 survey found 70% of engineering teams cite overprovisioning as their top cloud waste driver, yet no one was connecting that waste to the energy and carbon it actually produces. We built Kubeadapt because we wanted to see both in one place.
Our Team
We've been around Kubernetes long enough to know how much compute gets wasted in most clusters. We built Kubeadapt because we needed it ourselves.
Our Mission
Show engineering and FinOps teams what they're actually using versus what they're paying for. Make the environmental cost of that gap visible. Once people see the numbers, they make better decisions on their own.
Our Vision
Kubernetes clusters that run what they need. Teams that know their savings and their environmental impact. Sustainability as part of how you manage infrastructure, not a report you file once a year.
Meet the Founders
Who's building Kubeadapt.
Ugurcan Caykara
Co-founder
eBPF agent development, platform engineering, and cloud-native architecture. Owns infrastructure management and golden path definitions across the platform.
Emre Kasgur
Co-founder
Software development, frontend engineering, and cloud-native architecture. Builds the data collection and analytics layer that turns cluster metrics into optimization signals.
Optimizing Clusters Worldwide
Kubeadapt monitors Kubernetes clusters across AWS, GCP, and Azure regions worldwide. Real-time cost optimization events and carbon tracking run continuously across every supported cloud region.

How We Build
How we think about building infrastructure software.
Data-Driven Decisions
Every recommendation starts with real metrics from your cluster: CPU, memory, network, carbon. No guesswork, no manual spreadsheets. The platform shows you exactly what's wasted and what to do about it.
Customer-Centric Development
Our feedback board is public at feedback. We listen to what operators need and prioritize what aligns with our product vision. The best features come from real conversations, not assumptions.
Continuous Innovation
eBPF-based observability, rightsizing recommendations, and carbon tracking per workload. Most platforms stop at cost. We built carbon-awareness into the core from day one.
Security First
Read-only cluster access by default. No credentials stored. We designed Kubeadapt so your security team says yes, not 'let us review this for six months.' See our security & data collection page for details.
What We Stand For
What we won't compromise on.
Transparency First
Open roadmap and public feedback board. We build where you can see us.
Security by Default
Read-only cluster access. No credentials stored. Business data never leaves your environment.
Developer Experience
Built on the FinOps framework. Role-aware dashboards for DevOps engineers, platform teams, and finance leads. One platform, every stakeholder sees what matters to them.
Cost Transparency
Full visibility into every dollar of cloud spend. No hidden costs, no surprises. Just the numbers your team needs to make decisions.
